Carlos Jorge has a degree in Civil Engineering from IST-Lisbon and joined the team in 1986. Jorge has 39 years of professional experience in the fields of engineering and consulting. He has held a set of different positions in the corporate hierarchy over the years and became a Director in 2000.
In addition to the management of large-scale and complex projects in Portugal and other international markets, Jorge is technically responsible for studies and projects developed in the technical areas of Water Supply Systems, Wastewater Systems, and Submarine Outfall.
