Ana Castro graduated in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico - Technical University of Lisbon, where she began specialising in the field of Road Infrastructures. Ana Castro has 29 years of professional experience in implementing and managing roadway projects. Since 2001, she has chiefly been in charge of Project Coordination and Project Management, particularly in the field of roadway concessions, integrating and harmonising the various technical specialities of engineering projects, as well as overseeing quality, schedules and pricing. In this field, highlight goes to her role as General Coordinator of the North Concession and the Douro Interior Subconcession and, more recently, the Technical Project Coordination and additional general tasks for the New Railway Link between Évora Norte and Elvas/Caia (Spanish border).
In 2010, she took over as Director of the Development Management, having developed her professional activity in several countries, such as Portugal, Peru and Brazil.
In November 2016, she joined the Quadrante Group as Project Manager in the Roads division.
