Maurício Outeiro graduated in Civil Engineering (Structures Area) at Instituto Superior Técnico in 1999. Since then, he has gained experience in the development of studies and projects for road and railway viaducts, especially in reinforced and prestressed concrete structures, not only in Portugal but also in Brazil and Ireland, among other countries. He leads the Special Structures Division. Outeiro is a Senior Member of the Portuguese Association of Engineers (with a Structures Specialist title) and is registered at CREA-RJ (CONFEA/CREA system in Brazil)
