Holder of a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. Fourteen years of professional experience in the designing and coordination of transport infrastructure projects, namely Roadways, Conventional and High-Speed Railways and Surface Light Rail.
Has acquired international experience, having participated in projects in several countries, most notably Ireland and Brazil, where he has developed local activities in the follow-up of project preparations, as well as the provision of on-site assistance.
In 2016, he joined the Quadrante Group, as Project Manager in the Transport Division.
