Arnaldo Frias has been working as a Project Manager in the Hydraulics Business Unit for more than 20 years. He has been working for the Company since 1979 and has professional experience in projects in the Hydraulic Infrastructure and Water Resources area, in particular, Water Supply and Sanitation, Flood Control, Water and Hydrological Plans and Urban Infrastructure. He has recently been involved in the coordination of the urban infrastructure projects for two cities - Al Beda (in Libya) and the New City of Hassi Messaoud (in Algeria). He has also participated in several other projects in Portugal, Angola, and Tanzania.
